Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM CST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping

  • We offer Standard 3-5 day shipping and Expedited 2 day shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, high shipping volumes).

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At NovusCo, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Tamper-sealed products are FINAL SALE once the seal has been broken and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@thenovuscompany.com within 14 days of purchase to request a return or exchange.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please ensure all items are securely packaged.

 

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and verified as unopened and unused.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
